Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment; at these times, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation so we can re-book your appointment with another client. 

 

When cancellations are received with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up to your appointment, a $25 fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If your treatment or service was part of a package, then you may either pay the $25 cancellation fee, or the missed treatment will be deducted from your package.
